User Data Deletion

You can request deletion of personal data associated with your PURA account or Meta/Facebook login. We provide an automated callback for Meta platform compliance.

How to request deletion

  1. Remove the PURA app from your Facebook account: Settings → Apps and Websites → remove PURA.
  2. Email info@puraegypt.com with subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your registered email or phone.
  3. If you received a confirmation code from Meta, track status on this page using the link provided.

What we delete

Upon a valid deletion request we remove or anonymize: account profile, authentication tokens, CRM records linked to your user ID, messaging metadata stored on our platform, and integration credentials where applicable.

Processing time

Automated Meta callback requests are typically processed within 30 days. Manual requests are handled within 30 days of verification.
