Terms of Service

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

PURA provides business software including CRM, customer communication (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, and other channels), automation, training, and related digital solutions. Features may change or be discontinued with reasonable notice where practicable.

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

When connecting Meta products, you must comply with Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Policy, and applicable messaging rules. You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from your end users and customers.

You agree not to:

• Send spam, unlawful content, or messages without proper consent.
• Violate intellectual property, privacy, or export control laws.
• Attempt to breach security, reverse engineer, or abuse API rate limits.
• Use the service for fraudulent, harmful, or deceptive purposes.

Business customers remain responsible for their end-user relationships. PURA processes end-user data as directed by the customer and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data processing obligations.

Paid plans, if applicable, are billed according to your order or agreement. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing.

PURA retains all rights in its software, branding, and content. You retain rights in your data. You grant PURA a limited license to host and process your data solely to provide the services.

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PURA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars if no fees were paid.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or legal requirements. You may stop using the services at any time. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
