Delivery / Shipment Policy

Each paid package is a custom software / application design service. Delivery includes the agreed digital work product (application files, system access, or equivalent) and an onboarding / handover session.

We deliver electronically via the email address and Egyptian mobile number provided at checkout, and where useful via WhatsApp. No courier or postal shipment is used.

After the order is confirmed and payment is completed, we contact you within one business day to agree the kickoff. Digital delivery is typically completed within 5 to 15 business days, depending on the package and any information we need from you. A specific timeline is confirmed in writing before work starts.

Timely delivery depends on receiving the information, access, and approvals we reasonably request. Delays on the customer side may extend the delivery date.

If we cannot reach you on the phone or email provided at checkout, we will retry during business hours. The delivery clock starts when contact is established and the scope is confirmed.
